In a few months, the COVID-19 has changed the way we work and the place where we work. The meeting room must be a hybrid collaboration space: it must ensure a safe environment to collaborate and socialize, but at the same time it must ensure effective communication through video calls, an increasingly frequent practice that needs to be optimized. The brief of this project is: a meeting table that optimizes the practice of video conferencing in terms of communication and personal experience. The shape of the table ensures easy entry and exit from the room, placing all users on one side avoids that the latter have to turn around the table to reach their place.

This new arrangement of the “table space” guarantees extra square centimeters that can be used to position a model or a project to be discussed. It is also an optimal solution for on-site presentations as the project is located in the center and exhibitors can talk between the screen and the table making it easy for everyone to see the subject of the discussion.As for remote work, the reconfiguration of the space, combined with a webcam with a wide angle, allows a more natural shooting of the members of the meeting. In this way all participants are equidistant from the room and there is no subordination in the arrangement.

An aluminum alloy hook ensures stability to several objects that the user needs inside a conference room. The different holes in the underlay allow you to install the hook in the position you prefer. The hook dimensions ensure a solid grip for all types of objects to hang and the ends are raised to prevent any slipping of the bag or headphones and ensure stability to the bottle. Rounded edges prevent scratches or damage to the hanging object.
